If you are unhappy with any of our products please email Customer Services on email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of your oysters giving your contact number and we will call you back.
Batch code details and photographic evidence of damaged goods may be required before replacement goods or refunds can be arranged.
Refunds will be made in the same manner as the payment was received.
